From the medical industry to the photovoltaic solar industry
For 32 years, Nicolas Chandellier held various roles at Becton Dickinson, a global leader in medical technologies. Before becoming Worldwide Vice President and CEO of the company, Nicolas Chandellier played a crucial role in developing the company’s operational strategy and growth strategy. He notably led the construction and launch of a new factory in Hungary.
On January 2, 2024, Nicolas Chandellier joined CARBON as CEO: a new sector, new challenges! “After 32 rewarding years at BD, I am proud to engage in this industrial renaissance of solar energy in Europe, which is essential for decarbonization, ecological transition, and the energy independence of France and Europe,” explains Nicolas Chandellier.
Expertise in service of the gigafactory project in Fos-sur-Mer
The insights and skills that Nicolas Chandellier has accumulated during his previous experiences will be essential in the implementation of the gigafactory project led by CARBON. His managerial abilities will also enable him to rally the teams to successfully complete this ambitious project! “His international experience and global vision are crucial for the realization of our integrated gigafactory project for photovoltaic cells and panels, the largest in Europe, in Fos-sur-Mer,” rejoices Pierre-Emmanuel Martin, President and co-founder of CARBON.
