Nicolas Chandellier

Managing Director

Graduated from INSA Lyon, Nicolas Chandellier progressed for 32 years within Becton Dickinson, a leading global medical technology company. In his various roles, the most recent being those of World Vice-President and Managing Director, he notably developed the company’s operational and growth strategies. He also led the construction and launch of a new greenfield factory in Hungary. He brings to CARBON his strategic vision, his experience of international management and his expertise regarding major industrial projects.

Raffaella Giardino

Product and Innovation Director

With a PhD from the University of Milan and an MBA from emlyon Business School, Raffaella Giardino previously served as Vice-President and director of a business unit at bioMérieux, a French pharmaceutical group. She also worked as Director of Commercial Operations for Microbiologics, an American biotech company. She brings to CARBON her recognized experience in management, process, diagnostics, and quality control.

Jérôme Marchais

Construction and Project Coordination Director

Graduated as a civil engineer in 1996, Jérôme Marchais worked for the Ministry of the Armed Forces, then in retail before working for general contractors. He spent a significant part of his career at GSE, based in France and then in various countries (England, Hungary, Algeria, Morocco, China, Romania, Poland) as Country Manager or Technical Director. In 2016, he joined Exyte to work on the ITER nuclear fusion project at Cadarache (management of a €900M+ project) in a joint venture with Engie. He returned to GSE in 2020 to create and develop the Industry division in Europe. He brings to CARBON his expertise in the management of XXL industrial projects.

Baptiste Cotte

Sales Development Manager

Graduated from a leading business school (ESCP) with a major in corporate finance, Baptiste Cotte is also pursuing a course at Polytechnique Executive Education “Entrepreneurship in Renewable Energies.” Baptiste initially worked as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas before continuing his career at L’Eau Vive, a specialist in organic products. Starting as a network development manager, then as a franchise, trade, and marketing director, he became the CEO of the Group in 2021 (€130M in revenue under the brand with 70 stores). He brings to CARBON his skills in distribution and marketing as well as his knowledge of business development.

Muriel Blasco

Human Ressources and Legal Director

With a degree in employment law and human resources management, Muriel Blasco has held HR and legal management positions within international groups and mid-sized companies in demanding industrial sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and metallurgy. There, she led transformation projects, structured social policies, and supported organizational development in complex and multicultural contexts.

She joins CARBON to bring her recognized expertise in HR strategy, social dialogue, legal compliance, and governance. She embodies a rigorous and cross-functional approach, promoting collective performance, legal certainty, and human development.
