The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.2concert.fr\/\">2concert<\/a> consultancy team, represented by Ana Mylonas and Kasia Czora, explained the issues and consultation process, alongside Vincent Delcroix, one of the guarantors from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.debatpublic.fr\/\">National Commission for Public Debate (CNDP)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Several local stakeholders provided their insights and institutional support during the press conference:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9gis Passerieux, Sub-Prefect of Bouches du Rh\u00f4ne<\/li>\n<li>Christophe Madrolle, Regional Councilor of the South Region (Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te-D\u2019Azur)<\/li>\n<li>Herv\u00e9 Martel, President of the Executive Board of the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille<\/li>\n<li>Ren\u00e9 Raimondi, Mayor of Fos-sur-Mer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Details of CARBON&#8217;s Public Consultation Process<\/h2>\n<p>This public consultation marks the initial regulatory step toward the construction of the photovoltaic gigafactory in Fos-sur-Mer. It is a vital phase for CARBON&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/carbon-solar.com\/en\/ambition\/\">ambitious project<\/a>, developed over the past year and a half.<\/p>\n<p>The consultation aims to <a href=\"https:\/\/carbon-solar.com\/en\/carbonnews\/carbonnews-carbonnews\/carbon-commits-to-informing-and-involving-the-public-in-its-industrial-project\/\">inform and engage the public in CARBON&#8217;s industrial project<\/a>. It will take place from September 11 to October 30, 2023.
